These terms are a launch draft, not a substitute for legal advice. They must be reviewed and aligned with the final operating entity, jurisdiction, service contracts and acceptable-use policy before production.
1. Informational website
This website describes categories of infrastructure that Cidriva may assess or arrange. Website content is general information and does not constitute a binding offer, guaranteed availability, technical specification, service-level commitment or professional advice.
2. No automatic order
Using a quote builder, opening a mail draft or sending an inquiry does not place an order. A service is agreed only through written commercial and technical terms accepted by the relevant parties.
3. Availability and upstream dependencies
Locations, hardware, address resources, routes, carriers, licenses, delivery dates and operational services may depend on third parties and project-specific review. Cidriva may decline or change a proposed scope before contract formation.
4. Accurate information
You should provide accurate business identity, contact, intended-use and technical information. You must have authority to request the service and to use any systems, networks, domains or address resources involved.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the website or request services for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse, fraud, spam, malicious code, rights infringement, sanctions evasion, platform manipulation or activity that threatens networks, users or third parties. A production acceptable-use policy should provide detailed rules and enforcement procedures.
6. IPv4 and routing requests
Any IPv4 resource or routing-related service is subject to identity, intended-use, technical and policy review. No address is represented as universally “clean,” suitable for every platform, or immune from future reputation changes.
7. China-related requirements
References to China-ready infrastructure do not by themselves mean mainland hosting, a specific carrier route, regulatory approval or a guaranteed performance level. The delivery model and legal requirements must be confirmed in writing.
8. Intellectual property
The Cidriva name, visual identity and original website content may not be copied or used to imply endorsement without permission, except where applicable law allows limited use.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. The final production terms should state warranties, exclusions, liability limits and governing law that are valid for the operating entity and applicable jurisdiction.
10. Changes and contact
Cidriva may update the website and these terms. Questions can be sent to sales@cidriva.com.
