This text describes the proposed inquiry and analytics workflows but remains a legal-review draft. It must be approved and assigned an effective version before the secure form or analytics is enabled in production.
1. Scope
This notice applies to the Cidriva marketing website, its secure quote-request form and inquiries sent to sales@cidriva.com. The website does not operate customer accounts, checkout or a customer portal.
2. Information collected
When you submit a request, Cidriva receives the name, business email, optional company name, selected service and region, service-specific requirements, project context, target timing and source information that you provide. Standard security and delivery records may include the request identifier, time, IP address, requested URL, browser information, referral or campaign fields, validation result and email-delivery status. Cidriva does not ask for payment-card information through this form.
3. Local quote drafts
The quote builder saves a browser-local draft only when you select the save option. It may store non-contact project selections for up to seven days; contact name and business email are excluded. You can remove the draft with “Clear saved draft” or your browser’s site-data controls. A local draft is not sent until you submit the form.
4. Processing and security
Submitted requests enter an access-controlled delivery queue with the form content encrypted at rest, then are delivered to the Cidriva sales mailbox. Technical controls include request validation, rate limits and abuse screening. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. How information is used
Cidriva uses inquiry information to respond, assess technical and policy fit, qualify supplier-network delivery, prepare a proposal, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery and maintain necessary business records. The form is not consent to unrelated marketing subscriptions.
6. Sharing
Relevant and minimized requirement details may be shared with prospective network, infrastructure or delivery suppliers where needed to assess feasibility, availability or price. Service providers supporting website hosting and business email may process data on Cidriva’s behalf. Cidriva does not sell inquiry information for unrelated advertising.
7. Retention
Form content, undelivered queue records, delivery metadata, website server logs and sales inquiry email are intended to be retained for three months, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required for an active proposal, contract, dispute, security investigation or legal obligation. The final production policy must confirm that operational deletion and mailbox-retention controls match this period.
8. Optional analytics and cookies
Cidriva proposes to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate website use and inquiry-path performance. Google analytics code and requests are not loaded unless you choose “Accept analytics.” Choosing “Only necessary” leaves analytics disabled. No advertising cookies are enabled, and the configuration disables Google Signals and ad-personalization features.
When enabled, the site sends a page view using only the page origin and path, without the query string. It may send the referring site’s origin, or the origin and path for a same-site referrer; referrer query strings and fragments are excluded. It may also send the fixed events quote_cta_click, contact_sales_click, form_start and generate_lead. Google may receive standard network and browser signals and derive information such as device or browser category and coarse location. Cidriva does not send form fields, names, email addresses, company names, project details, inquiry identifiers or URL query parameters to GA4.
GA4 uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. This implementation sets those cookies to expire after 90 days and disables rolling renewal. The GA4 property is configured to retain user-level and event-level data for two months. Google may process analytics information on servers outside your country or region, including in the United States, under Google’s own terms and data-protection arrangements. Google describes this processing in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your analytics choice is saved only in this browser for up to 180 days under consent-policy version 2026-08-17, and is requested again after that period or when the policy version changes. You can reopen the choice at any time using “Analytics settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection and removes accessible GA cookies from this site, but it does not delete analytics records already processed by Google. Browser site-data controls can also remove the local choice and cookies.
